How far in advance should I order my dress?

Our designers vary from one week (DaVinci) to 16 weeks (Ella Rosa, Moonlight and Lore). 

What kinds of payment do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, check, or cash.

What if I don't like my dress when it comes in or if my wedding is cancelled after I order my dress?

All sales are final.

Do I have to pay for my dress when I order it?

We require a 60% down payment when ordered and the remainder of the balance when the dress comes in.

Does Lindsey Lane alter my wedding dress?  

Alterations vary; ask for estimates.

Can you order a dress I've found online or in a bridal magazine?

We can order a dress you've found online or in a magazine if we carry the line.

Do I need an appointment to come in and try on dresses?

Due to state restrictions, we are open by appointment only.

How many people can I bring with me when I come to try on dresses?

Due to state restrictions, party numbers are limited.  

Can you order bridesmaid dresses or tuxes for some of your bridal party that are out of town and can't come in for a fitting?

Yes, they just need to get measured and call in their measurements and deposit. Both can be shipped directly to customers for an additional fee.

When should we order the tuxes?

The minimum is one month, but we can take out an order in as little as two days; Wednesday is the latest for the weekend.
